We appreciate that everyone experiences different problems and that these can vary in how complex they are. The frequency of the sessions depends on the individual's personal circumstances. We will provide you an estimate of how many sessions is required at the initial assessment.

We appreciate that sometimes individuals may have difficulty getting to their appointment with us (e.g., work or family commitments). We kindly ask that you provide 24 hours notice so that we can offer this appointment to someone else. Any missed appointments without prior notice will be charged at standard rate.

We are registered with insurance companies e.g. BUPA, AXA, Vitality so you can access our service through them.

Location

Our clinic rooms for face to face therapy are based in Loughborough and Nottingham.
