Dr Sheena Parmar

I am a highly experienced Clinical Psychologist with over 15 years’ experience supporting individuals with a wide range of mental health and wellbeing difficulties. I hold a Doctorate in Clinical Psychology and a BSc in Psychology, and have worked extensively with children, young people, and adults.

My background is primarily within the NHS, where I developed expertise in complex mental and physical health conditions. I am an EMDR-accredited practitioner and now work full-time in private practice, offering evidence-based, tailored support.

I provide individual therapy, couples work, and ADHD assessments for adults, and also enjoy working with teams and systems.

I am committed to creating a safe, compassionate, and non-judgemental space where you can build insight, feel empowered, and make meaningful change.

Dr Sanchia Biswas

I am a Clinical Psychologist working in Nottinghamshire. I have completed a Doctorate in Clinical Psychology (DClinPsy); MSc in Health Psychology, MSc in Counselling Psychology and a BSc in Psychology. I am highly experienced working with individuals of all ages, and their families. I have largely worked within adult mental health services in the NHS. Along with common mental health difficulties, I particularly specialise in adult mental health within the context of physical health; my research interests are also within this field. I enjoy working collaboratively with people and guiding them to discover the fulfilment of living life by their values.
